Position Summary: The Manager, Facilities Management is responsible for the operational leadership, technical oversight, and daily supervision of facilities operations within their designated area, department, facility or facilities. The incumbent is accountable for all operational, administrative, and supervisory activities within the assigned facilities area, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant physical environment for patients, visitors, and coworkers in accordance with regulatory, accreditation, and health system standards. The Manager provides direct oversight to supervisory and facilities coworkers, and participates in hands-on operational activities as needed. This position is accountable for departmental performance, including operational processes and financial stewardship, and collaborates with clinical, administrative, and operational leadership to support quality improvement initiatives, coworker development, capital planning, and the achievement of departmental performance goals.
