About The Position

As a Manager within our Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, the wider ETR team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a global network, alongside your supervisor and teammates who are equally invested in raising the bar on recruiting tools and practices. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 1 day per week.

Requirements

• 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments
• Agile thinker who picks up new functional areas quickly and moves seamlessly across business functions
• Strong track record of stakeholder management, with experience setting and managing expectations
• Sound judgment, discretion and sensitivity, paired with the creativity to adapt to changing needs
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting within a global or matrixed organization
• Familiarity with Avature or similar ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels, for our Bain AMERs Region office locations - for example, roles in Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR
• Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders, bringing innovative recruitment strategies to the table
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through both established and new channels
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
• Regularly report recruitment status to leadership, your supervisor and HRBPs
• Check in with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust accordingly
• Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature
• Contribute to ETR team projects and help upgrade shared tools and resources
• Take on other duties as needed
