About The Position

The New York Times' Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Event Creative to be the operational engine of the event marketing campaign and production assets. You will oversee the daily creative workflow — from receiving direction from the Director to ensuring the Creative team delivers the right assets, on brief, on brand, and on time. They are the connective tissue between strategy and execution, translating campaign priorities into clear assignments and keeping every moving part accountable. This is a hybrid role based in our New York headquarters, reporting to the Senior Director, Events, Production, and Operations. You can typically expect to be in the office 3 days per week. You will be hands-on, someone who excels at process and clarity. As the Manager, Event Creative, you do not attend external or client-facing partner meetings independently, but operate with authority within the production workflow. You will direct creative output, managing vendor relationships daily, and overseeing the project management infrastructure that keeps the campaign on track.
