About The Position

As Manager, Equity Compensation, you will own the administration, accounting, and compliance of FIRY’s equity plans, ensuring its equity programs operate accurately, remain audit-ready, and scale with the business. The role is based onsite at FIRY’s Las Vegas headquarters, with travel of less than 10%.

Requirements

• 5+ years in equity compensation administration and/or stock-based compensation accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 718 and SOX controls.
• Hands-on experience with equity administration or cap-table platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full award lifecycle, from grant through settlement, and serve as the go-to contact for plan participants.
• Own ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosure support.
• Run SOX controls for equity and serve as the main point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Finance to keep equity activity on track.
• Document and improve key processes.
