About The Position

Figma is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Sales to shape sales strategy and collaborate with teams across the company. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sales organization, working with existing and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships, enhance customer experience, and contribute to revenue. The ideal candidate will have an agile, dynamic mentality, be comfortable with change, a team player, and enjoy working with Fortune 1000 customers. This role involves close collaboration with various internal groups such as Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on customer engagement, expansion, and retention. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills
  • Passion for driving customer success, building lasting relationships, and delivering consistent sales results

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings
  • Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
  • Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
  • Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
  • Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals
