About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and collaborative marketing professional who will define, execute, and optimize product marketing initiatives for enterprise-level offerings. The Manager, Enterprise Product Marketing will develop value propositions, positioning, and thought leadership content that drives revenue growth and market differentiation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position will ensure alignment of marketing programs with business objectives while supporting sales enablement and customer engagement. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, project execution, and analytical evaluation to influence both internal stakeholders and external audiences. Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in product or service marketing, with experience in positioning, value proposition development, and strategic planning
  • Experience launching new products or services in competitive markets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused, with ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including superior PowerPoint skills; Salesforce and project management tool experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Product Marketing (e.g., Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Institute) a plus
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, consulting services, or healthcare-related industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual product and content marketing plans, including positioning, value propositions, segmentation, and thought leadership content
  • Align internal stakeholders around marketing objectives and lead the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement marketing projects to drive revenue, profitability, and market growth
  • Partner with portfolio strategy and digital strategy teams to ensure programs align with business priorities
  • Lead content development for events and conferences, coordinating internal and external contributors
  • Track program performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and sales enablement materials to support business development
  • Manage budgets associated with marketing programs and monitor ROI and effectiveness
