The primary responsibility of this new product marketing management role is to own, plan, execute and optimize measurable content and campaign strategies that drive new logo lead generation, existing customer expansion and partner ecosystem success for our AI-powered content automation solution Quark Publishing Platform (QPP) and Quark Docurated. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will work closely and cross-functionally with the wider marketing, sales and partner channel teams to execute ICP-focused and personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns – ideally through automation - at regional levels, generate pipeline coverage and produce sales enablement content powered by AI to help grow the business and hit our enterprise new logo and customer expansion targets. You will create and deploy carefully planned, laser-focused messaging to key departments and personas within our ICPs, which include the highly regulated target industries of financial services, life sciences, manufacturing and government, to generate demand and capture them into the funnel as sales-ready leads. You will offer direct support to the SDR, Account Executive and Partner teams to ensure they have a constant pipeline flow to convert into opportunity and hit their sales quotas. You’ll be resource planning with the intention for you to grow your team with additional hires and/or AI agents to scale demand generation as the business succeeds. And crucially, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with the Enterprise Product Management team to capture user feedback and feature suggestions to help drive innovation in our products and maximize future growth potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years’ product marketing experience in a software company
  • Result and goal-oriented mindset with a start-up mentality for growing the opportunity pipeline
  • Exceptional at managing ABM and direct multimedia product marketing campaign execution and analysis
  • Competence in using AI tools with an innovative mindset for adopting new AI-powered and automated methods for marketing operations
  • Outstanding English communication and business language skills to intelligently engage target audiences
  • Understanding the importance of CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce experience preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, timely and responsible for team deadlines and output
  • Desire for career success in product marketing management and for building a hybrid team of people and AI agents

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing execution plan for our enterprise portfolio of products using open team collaboration and ClickUp for task tracking and assignment
  • Ge nerate a minimum of 100 net-new MQLs per quarter through channels such as website AEO/SEO, email, webinar and paid ad campaigns from target personas in ICP sectors such as life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and government
  • Collaborate with the Parter team to deliver a minimum of 3 co-marketing campaigns and 15 partner-led MQLs per quarter in collaboration with new and existing channel partners including Microsoft resellers, Glemser and Shakewell
  • Create 3+ new pieces of direct and ABM sales enablement content every month for our products which directly contributes to deal success such as case studies, comparison / battle cards, use case overviews, website landing pages and more
  • Identify, test and help implement at least one AI automation tool per quarter to increase prospect identification & capture and accelerate Legitimate Interest to SAL pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with the internal team and any outsourced agencies to provide weekly reports to the VP Global Marketing / Director, Marketing on campaign performance against key measurable outcomes to include: MQL volume and quality Conversion rate to SAL, SQL and Opportunity Partner engagement metrics Campaign attribution for SALs and Opportunities Paid ad and organic content success
  • Create, validate and become fluent and executable in our positioning, messaging and ICP profile targeting for our primary ICPs
  • Manage and drive our critical new logo and customer expansion campaigns using Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lookalike and gap analysis techniques
  • Work with the team to find and curate target contact lists and audience communities that align with our outreach strategy and can be executed on through automation and agentic AI, and by the SDRs
  • Work with the wider team to create email, web, social, LinkedIn, in-person and direct marketing material to target our ICPs and fill the top of the funnel
  • Liaise closely with MarkOps to constantly keep Salesforce, Pardot and other critical internal systems up to date with notes and next actions
  • Play a key role in defining and delivering Quark webinars in US and Europe with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create co-branded sales enablement content and custom website landing pages for our key traffic, ABM and direct campaigns
  • Create and share existing customer case studies and use cases that can influence partners to think of Quark’s solutions when speaking with clients
  • Help drive our co-marketing activity – particularly with Microsoft - based on the partner’s tier level and MDF (marketing development fund) allocation
  • Discover, onboard and manage AI-powered solutions to assist in sales development and lead conversion, scaling the commercial operation
