About The Role The Manager, Enterprise Applications – Microsoft D365 is responsible for the functional and technical leadership, support, governance, and continuous improvement of Howard Hughes Communities’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform and related enterprise applications. This role oversees enterprise ERP operations across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and integrated business systems while also supporting interim JD Edwards and Coupa environments during the company’s ERP transformation initiatives. The position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Development, and IT leadership to deliver scalable ERP solutions, optimize business processes, improve operational performance, and support enterprise modernization efforts. This role also provides leadership for ERP support operations, release management, system governance, integrations, data integrity, and post-go-live stabilization activities. This role serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving ERP adoption, process standardization, platform optimization, and long-term application sustainability while ensuring enterprise systems remain stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
