Requirements

Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Expertise in calibration, metrology, and CMMS systems (Blue Mountain, Maximo, SAP).
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, BAS, EMS, and cybersecurity controls.
Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, chemical engineering or related discipline required.
10+ years of experience required preferably in pharma or GMP manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering support programs including CMMS, calibration, OT systems, and MRO inventory management.
Ensure equipment reliability, data integrity, and audit readiness.
Oversee calibration programs and analytical equipment lifecycle activities.
Manage OT systems and ensure cybersecurity, backups, and compliance.
Drive storeroom optimization and critical spare parts management.
Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA execution.
Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
