Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Expertise in calibration, metrology, and CMMS systems (Blue Mountain, Maximo, SAP).
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, BAS, EMS, and cybersecurity controls.
- Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, chemical engineering or related discipline required.
- 10+ years of experience required preferably in pharma or GMP manufacturing with supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering support programs including CMMS, calibration, OT systems, and MRO inventory management.
- Ensure equipment reliability, data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Oversee calibration programs and analytical equipment lifecycle activities.
- Manage OT systems and ensure cybersecurity, backups, and compliance.
- Drive storeroom optimization and critical spare parts management.
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA execution.
- Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
