About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager of End User Computing to lead and optimize global digital workplace services. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team responsible for Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, and virtual desktop environments, ensuring seamless, secure, and automated experiences for end users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Security, HR, and Business Relationship Management to drive zero-touch automation across employee lifecycles. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to maintain operational excellence and deliver scalable solutions for a distributed workforce. You will also define KPIs, govern licensing and configurations, and act as a technical escalation point while driving continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise IT operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing M365, Intune, and identity platforms in an enterprise setting.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering enterprise workplace solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (SSO, MFA, hybrid identity), Intune, Defender Suite, Autopilot, and related enterprise tools.
  • Experience managing macOS and iOS in enterprise environments using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
  • Proficiency in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions and Windows platforms.
  • Advanced automation skills with PowerShell scripting and API-based integrations (Graph API) for HRIS and ITSM workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across departments and translate technical details into business value.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO27001) and ITIL principles.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and decision-making capabilities with a focus on technology investment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global team of engineers, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and associated collaboration tools.
  • Partner with Security teams to implement Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and integrate security tools like Defender.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end employee lifecycle automation integrated with HRIS systems to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee unified endpoint management, including Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Mac environments via Jamf.
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of virtual desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365) for a flexible, global workforce.
  • Drive operational excellence through license optimization, patch compliance, consistent hardware/software configurations, and KPI/SLA tracking.
  • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and training programs for IT staff and end-users.
  • Serve as a high-level escalation point for complex technical incidents and ensure root-cause analysis and resolution.
