Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accountable for hourly employee movement and related contractual provisions.
• Ensures the resolution of employee movement and hiring issues with Operations and the UAW.
• Closely partners with HR leadership, Operations leadership, Finance and the UAW, as well as collaborates with other functions and departments.
• Supervises the maintenance of accurate documentation and tracking of hourly workforce planning, implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreement commitments, effective communication strategies, and investigation of escalated concerns.
• Interprets and administers labor agreements, analyzes trends, and provides guidance on contract language and Company policies.
