The Manager, Employee Relations (“ER”) is responsible for the implementation of a cohesive ER program. This individual will support the development of the key strategy to create a singular-intake point for ER matters across all business units; TUSA, Supply Chain and WRC team members. They will ensure consistent collection and retention of all ER investigation documentation in a centralized platform. This role will also play a key role in the support, guidance, and development of Specialist, Employee Relations team members.
