About The Position

Four Seasons is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to conduct above-property Internal Reviews, ensuring fairness and confidentiality. This role involves managing an ongoing caseload of issues, maintaining timely resolution, and aligning with key stakeholders like Area Directors People & Culture and VPs People & Culture. The position also supports identifying trends, assisting with policy updates, and collaborating on global People & Culture projects.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant employee relations case load management and resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Ethics Reporting platforms (e.g. Convercent, Navex, EQS).
  • Integrity & Confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • People oriented, self-starter and team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and requests.

Responsibilities

  • Leads above-property Internal Review process and resolution of complex and/or high-risk employee complaints with fairness and confidentiality in a timely manner.
  • Keep all key stakeholders updated on findings and aligned on proposed next steps to resolution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Area Directors P&C on employee relations trends and potential risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist Director Employee Relations & Policies and Area Directors People & Culture in identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on case load to Director Employee Relations.
  • As an administrator of the platform, work with the Director Employee Relations & Policies to ensure all data and documents are maintained related to Internal Reviews.
  • Assist with platform migration from Convercent to EQS ensuring that the system is set up to deliver reporting, diagnostic and analytic capabilities.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining a comprehensive global People & Culture Operations policy framework that supports compliance, equity, and organizational values.
  • Collaborate with field People & Culture leaders, Legal & Compliance to ensure policies are aligned with regulatory changes and business needs.
  • Assist with Global People & Culture projects as needed.
