About The Position

We are seeking an investigations manager with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity. The Manager of Employee Relations Investigations is a key leadership role within the People Matters team. The role supervises a team of investigators responsible for investigating alleged violations of company policy at our manufacturing facilities, including the anti-harassment and non-discrimination policies, along with related retaliation claims.
