About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide temporary support during team leaves. This role will partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, Supporting HR projects, organizational initiatives, and HR business partner support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with significant Employee Relations and HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, pulse surveys, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
• Manage and execute HR projects and annual people processes, including talent management, promotions, compensation planning, organizational changes, workforce planning, and process improvements.
• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee and organizational matters and support the execution of people strategies.
• Develop presentations, reports, communications, and executive-ready materials for leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, develop executive-ready insights, and provide actionable recommendations related to employee relations, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support business needs.
