Key responsibilities include managing electrical substations, power distribution systems, and associated equipment, while adhering to all statutory and safety requirements. The role also drives energy conservation initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and optimization of electrical power consumption. Collaboration with statutory authorities like MSEDCL and the Electrical Inspectorate is crucial for approvals and compliance. The manager will lead contract manpower and service providers, conduct performance reviews, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintaining optimal inventory levels for electrical spares and consumables is also a key deliverable.
