About The Position
Build the RelyOn Global Electrical Services (GES) strategy and capability through acquisition, organic growth programs and client acquisition.
Requirements
- A degree in an Electrical or Business Administration discipline
- Has a minimum of 10 years in the electrical supply industry
- Has project management experience
- Has proven experience of leading teams and managing budgets
- Has experience in managing a training delivery business
Nice To Haves
- CompEx experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Project manage and monitor multi-project timelines and deliverables in accordance with global and country specific strategies.
- Coordinate various resources assigned to projects to ensure work task alignment.
- Manage resource allocation and report on resource capacity across the various projects.
- Prepare and present project update briefings for the MD and other RelyOn Executives as required.
- Coordinating initiatives with key clients and the RelyOn Commercial team, and Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Lead the GES Team operational activities to meet agreed targets and schedules. Training activities and electrical inspections.
- Lead the GES Team to coordinate and undertake business activities such as risk management, contract negotiations and preparation, procurement activities, and human resource management.
- Assist the MD and Commercial Team to build and maintain close relationships at multiple levels in key client organizations and strategic partners.
- Liaise and coordinate electrical services commercial, sales and marketing initiatives with the RelyOn commercial team.
- Assist the Regional MD with presentations and attendance at key conferences and seminars.
