Manager, EH&S
About The Position
FM Industries is a premier manufacturing solutions provider specializing in build to print, precision machined components, anodizing, and engineered thermal spray coatings. We provide customers with leading-edge support from prototype to production. This role contributes as a member of the FM Industries management team, developing, strategizing, and implementing a long-term plan for the California site's EHS function. The position involves influencing management to drive EHS performance, providing practical and technical expertise, advice, and solutions, and promoting continuous improvement efforts in the EHS function by integrating tactical and strategic EHS planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Sciences, or related technical field.
- 5+ years’ progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong environmental background as well as knowledge of California State regulations
Nice To Haves
- EHS-related licenses, certifications and/or membership in EHS professional associations are desired.
- SMARTS - Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System experience
- CERS - California Environmental Reporting System experience
