About The Position

The Manager, Education (NA) is responsible for supporting the Head of Education in writing, developing and designing the North America Education curriculum and field support programs. This role also supports the development of programs and tools to support the in-store experience including Artistry, Special Events & Digital Learning.

Requirements

• Experience in education strategy and content development.
• Ability to translate global strategies into regional programs.
• Experience developing various educational materials (print, e-learning, video, POS support, event content).
• Understanding of brand voice, adult learning principles, and platform-specific best practices.
• Collaboration skills with regional and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate global education strategies into NA-ready programs tailored by retailer, channel, and audience by partnering with Global Education + Marketing.
• Develop comprehensive education materials including print tools, e-learning, video, POS support, and event content.
• Assess and measure KPIs.
• Ensure all content reflects brand voice, adult learning principles, and platform-specific best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global partners in the development and execution of curriculum.
