About The Position

The Manager, Early Talent Development will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) Early Talent programs, including the Summer Internship Program and 1-Year Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDP). This highly visible role is responsible for building a best-in-class talent pipeline by developing, coaching, and preparing future leaders while delivering exceptional business value through structured learning and functional assignments. Reporting to the USRB Analytics & Operations organization, this role partners closely with senior leaders, HR, Campus Recruiting, and host teams to shape the future leader bench across USRB.

Requirements

  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, leadership development, program management, recruiting, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Passion for developing people and fostering career growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally Commercial Function
  • Hands-on experience with early talent training & development
  • Track record of success driving early-career initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the USRB internship and LDP program from recruitment partnership through placement, development, and program completion.
  • Partner with HR, Campus Recruiting, business leaders, and program alumni to attract and select high-potential talent.
  • Identify and develop meaningful internship projects and LDP rotational assignments that create value for participants and the business.
  • Build and execute annual program plans, milestones, and success measures to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, host managers, HR partners, and senior leaders to ensure program success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and facilitate capability-building experiences that accelerate professional and leadership growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to interns and LDP participants throughout their development journey.
  • Develop curriculum, learning experiences, and coaching strategies that prepare participants for successful full-time careers across USRB.
  • Measure program effectiveness, participant readiness, and business impact to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that strengthen USRB's early talent pipeline and capability development strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging workforce needs and reflect relevant capabilities into design.
