The Manager of Early Intervention Support Services provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for programs and services that support the inclusion, development, and success of young children with developmental, behavioral, and special needs. This position supervises departmental staff and ensures the effective implementation of developmental screening, behavior support, inclusion initiatives, provider guidance, training, Special Needs Rate services, Warm Line support, and family/provider assistance systems. The Manager serves as a key leader supporting providers, families, community partners, and internal teams through technical assistance, program monitoring, staff supervision, continuous quality improvement, and strategic program development. This position oversees department initiatives, including quality improvement efforts, LENA implementation, resource/material management, and collaboration with inclusion partners to strengthen early learning environments. The Manager also ensures alignment of departmental projects, provider support, and operational priorities to meet organizational goals. The position serves as a decision-maker in the absence of the Director and supports continuity of operations across departmental functions. This position reports to the Director, Early Intervention Services.
