Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

• Broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation, filing, execution, and distribution of all DRE and HOA documents.
• Manage public disclosure/real estate reports to support sales and mitigate disclosure-related risks.
• Prepare and analyze current community budgets and provide cash flow projections.
• Contract for vendor services within budgetary guidelines for each community.
• Manage HOA management companies and their associated budgets.
• Serve on all HOA/COA/CDD boards for respective communities.
• Direct the community team in the management of all current HOA boards.
• Oversee and direct the community team’s Architectural Committee decisions and manage the community turnover process.
• Oversee the coordination and preparation of tax payments and updates, and reserve analysis for the entire area.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
