About The Position

Truvista Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our door-to-door fiber internet sales teams across South Carolina. This field-based leadership role involves recruiting, training, and supervising sales representatives, driving performance, and ensuring the successful expansion of our customer base in designated territories.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or fiber internet
2+ year of leadership experience in a field sales environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills
Willingness to travel throughout SC & GA Markets
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of fiber internet technology and services
Experience working with CRMs and sales performance tools
Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives across SC & GA.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Monitor team metrics, individual performance, and conversion rates; provide feedback and accountability.
Work hands-on in the field to support reps, close sales, and model best practices.
Assign territories, optimize coverage, and identify high-opportunity neighborhoods.
Conduct onboarding sessions, sales training, and ongoing development to maintain a high-performing team.
Track and report on KPIs, customer feedback, and team progress to senior leadership.
Ensure a positive customer experience and manage escalations as needed.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, local laws, and industry standards.
