Your impact as a Donor Recruitment Manager is vital. You will contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the donor-recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment. Achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, to increase blood donations.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field required.
Valid in–state driver's license required.
Three years related experience required to include: Two years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the donor-recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment.
Achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, to increase blood donations.
Be innovative in developing special recruitment programs to address business needs.
Assist in implementing strategic marketing plans, territory alignment, and goal setting.
Monitor center resource allocation and scheduling.
Build relationships with both internal staff and customers to maintain goal objectives.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
