The primary responsibility of the Manager, Documentation & Security is to provide proactive forward-looking leadership to transform the Documentation & Security Team into a center of expertise, ensuring the business is aware of all new policies and procedures impacting their operations. The role will oversee and provide leadership with a focus on leveraging technology to mitigate risks related to privacy and compliance, and to enhance the efficiency and capacity of the team. In this role, you will effectively and independently manage all operational and development initiatives required to support operations and controls for operational risk concerning non-negotiable and negotiable securities, as well as end-to-end administration activities for the department.
