Position Overview Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? We are looking for a Manager, Division Finance to join us in our exciting journey in San Jose, California! Job Location: San Jose, California, United States What You Will Be Doing Own the preparation and review of all Mosfets Division sales reserve calculations, including warranty accruals, sales bonus programs, sales returns, price protection, stock rotation/scrap allowances, and ship & debit (SSD) reserves for distributor programs. Liaise with Division and Marketing leadership to review, validate, and provide additional accrual amounts through the Sales Reserves Quarterly Questionnaire process. Perform and review Book, Bill & Backlog (BBB) reporting, ASP/Mix analysis, and ad hoc reporting requests from Division leadership. Manage quarterly currency exposure updates in the Corporate TM1 platform and support Budget cycle submissions. Drive accuracy in reporting and ensure all deliverables are submitted on a timely basis in compliance with US GAAP, local statutory financial standards, and Vishay financial policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and tax agents, providing timely audit schedules, SOX compliance documentation, and income tax return support. Other projects and reporting responsibilities as assigned. What You Will Bring Along At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and cost controlling within a manufacturing environment; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from a recognized university; CPA and/or CMA qualification preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to review complex financial data, identify anomalies, and develop actionable insights for management. Proficiency in SAP FI and TM1; advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Collaborative interpersonal style with demonstrated experience working across Divisional, Regional, and Corporate finance teams. Willingness to travel as required. Requirements
