About The Position

The Manager/Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading all financial planning and analysis and treasury, providing owners and the executive leadership team with accurate and timely financial information necessary for making policy and operating decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent education, certification or experience required.
5 to 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience required
Prior experience in retail required.

Nice To Haves

MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ direct management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the annual budget process, working with all department leaders to gather input and build consensus.
Leads quarterly forecast updates.
Leads treasury activities, including cash forecasting and cash reconciliations.
Leads financial analytics team and functions as the lead analytical advisor to senior management.
Assists in monthly open-to-buy process.
Maintains key banking relationships in partnership with CFO.
Prepare additional financial and management reporting to support business decisions.
Leads marketing analytics team and assists in analytics when necessary.
Ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Focus on development of staff.
