About The Position

As Manager, Digital Solutions, you’ll empower a talented team of engineers to build innovative applications, automation solutions, and digital experiences that improve how employees work and how the business delivers value. You’ll influence technology strategy, champion modern engineering practices, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that increase efficiency, strengthen security, and enhance the user experience. Requirements

• 7 plus years progressive experience in software development, digital engineering, application development, automation, or related technology disciplines.
• 3 plus years experience leading technical teams, software engineers, developers or digital solution resources.
• 3 plus years experience with Agile, DevOps, SDLC governance, and modern software delivery practices.
• 3 plus years experience with enterprise integrations, API's, cloud technology, and applications architecture.
• 10 plus years experience leading enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in related field preferred.
