About The Position

This role is essential in executing the digital transformation roadmap, leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives that enhance the global ecommerce and marketing technology ecosystem. The position also translates enterprise priorities into actionable programs, driving adoption of AI-driven tools and ensuring measurable outcomes. You will manage complex digital initiatives, bridging strategy and execution, while fostering alignment between business and technology teams.

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in business or related field is required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in program or project management within digital or ecommerce environments, with minimum 3 years leading a team.
Experience managing initiatives across ecommerce platforms, preferably with Shopify Plus or similar.
Strong understanding of digital commerce architecture and marketing technology.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong partnerships.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent digital initiatives, including ecommerce platform enhancements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking for global program visibility.
Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams globally.
Support digital initiatives related to ecommerce platform optimization and system integrations.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to ensure visibility into progress and performance across programs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional teams.
