Position Summary The Director, Digital Marketing Programs will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of North America marketing programs with a mandate to accelerate regional pipeline. This leader will place digital marketing at the core of theatre wide demand generation—ensuring omni-channel campaigns, paid media, and digital optimization fuel pipeline creation, revenue growth, and measurable ROI. They will unify digital strategy, creative execution, marketing operations, and field alignment into one high-performing engine, accountable for both pipeline impact and return on marketing investment. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, with deep expertise in digital channels and a proven ability to turn data into insights that shape marketing strategy, and demonstrate clear business outcomes.
