Axiom is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs to lead the development, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue retention. This role will be responsible for developing integrated marketing programs across the full marketing mix, including email, webinars, continuing legal education (CLEs), and events, as well as optimizing digital demand generation in partnership with Axiom’s digital team. As a key leader in the marketing organization, the Director of Marketing Programs will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and IT, to ensure alignment with Axiom’s business objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, innovative thinker with a proven track record of building marketing pipeline and driving lead conversion all the way through the funnel in partnership with Sales.
