We’re hiring a Marketing Director (Top of Funnel) to lead our digital demand generation strategy and drive measurable revenue growth as Gravitee scales. You’ll report to the VP Growth Marketing and partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, GTM Engineering, Sales, and Product. A core part of this role is leveraging AI everywhere, not as a side tool, but as a first-class capability. You’ll use AI tools, automations, and agents to help the marketing function move faster and operate smarter. From accelerating campaign buildout, to understanding attribution and performance, generating insights, and maximising ROI on our digital investment to deliver scalable AI-driven motions, you will champion a culture where AI amplifies human performance across the business. You’ll own the strategy and execution of Top Funnel programs that attract, convert, and nurture technical audiences across channels. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven leader who knows how to market to technical decision makers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
