About The Position

This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As Director of Digital Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will drive the day-to-day performance, optimization, and execution of Hilton's owned digital marketing channels, including Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, and Commercial Services, you will translate commercial goals into high-performing digital execution, with accountability for digital revenue performance, loyalty enrollment pathways, and co-brand credit card acquisition. You will lead the activation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives across web and app, focusing on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, merchandising, and retailing performance. You will leverage Hilton's marketing technology to serve our customers relevant experiences that meet their travel needs. Through close collaboration with Marketing Strategy, CRM, Content Marketing, UI/UX, and Regional and Brand Marketing Teams, you will ensure Hilton's global marketing initiatives are brought to life through conversion-focused digital experiences. The Global Marketing team plays a pivotal role in fueling Hilton's growth by maximizing marketing's contribution to enterprise performance. As caretakers of Hilton's iconic brand, we ensure every customer touchpoint reflects our promise of exceptional hospitality. Our work spans the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion to loyalty—and is anchored in creating meaningful, lasting connections with travelers around the world. Through bold campaigns, breakthrough digital strategies, and innovative technologies, we inspire customers, drive them to Hilton's digital storefronts, and convert them into engaged Hilton Honors members.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of experience in digital marketing
  • Five (5) years of experience in cross-channel marketing, content marketing, digital experience, or related roles
  • Three (3) years of experience managing teams and partnering cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding of modern, customer-centric digital marketing, including media, content, CRM, and personalization
  • Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, consumer services, or related industries within large, global consumer brands
  • Experience supporting D2C digital businesses, franchise models, or complex enterprise ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Driving digital revenue growth across Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app
  • Executing and optimizing loyalty enrollment and engagement journeys
  • Activating and optimizing co-brand credit card marketing within owned channels
  • Delivering targeted, personalized, and optimized content that moves customers from inspiration to booking
  • Supporting SEO execution and discoverability across traditional and emerging AI-driven platforms
  • Continuously testing, measuring, and optimizing digital experiences using performance analytics and customer insights
  • Executing digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across Hilton's owned digital ecosystem
  • Delivering loyalty enrollment and engagement initiatives embedded within digital customer journeys
  • Leading co-brand credit card marketing execution within Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app
  • Supporting demand capture and discoverability through partnership with SEO, GEO and emerging discovery platforms
  • Leading and developing a digital marketing team
  • Driving operations across digital tools, platforms, and processes while staying current on digital, content, and personalization trends
