Requirements

7+ years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
5+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams, inspiring excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
A hunger for exploring new technologies and methodologies, constantly seeking ways to push the boundaries of data-driven insights.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
