At the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), we believe digital experiences are essential to how audiences discover, engage with, and connect to art and culture. We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader to help shape and deliver the AGO’s digital product and web strategy, driving innovation, operational excellence, and audience engagement across our digital ecosystem. As Manager, Digital Product, you will work in partnership with Brand & Marketing, the Web Team, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies and implement a prioritized roadmap of digital initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. You will provide project and resource management expertise, leadership, and operational discipline to the Web Team, supporting the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, communication, and successful delivery of digital projects. The successful candidate will also monitor staff performance, support team development through training on digital workflows and tools, and track and report on the success of digital initiatives while making recommendations to optimize strategies and outcomes.
