Assesses market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Assists in the management of product portfolios, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure successful product delivery. Coaches and mentors product management professionals, fostering their growth and development in product planning, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management. Conducts the most complex market research and competitive analysis to gather customer insights to inform product decisions and optimize market positioning. Confers with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to align product development efforts and ensure successful product launches. Defines product requirements, features, and specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to create compelling and differentiated product offerings. Delivers high-quality products on time and within budget, overseeing the end-to-end product development process and driving execution excellence. Designs systems and processes to streamline product management operations, enabling efficient collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
