About The Position

Develop and maintain KPIs and both qualitative and quantitative data from customers, business partners and SMEs, and business and system operational data. Deliver strategic presentations, including executive-level decks, to communicate progress and outcomes. Data driven decision makers understand the relationship between key operational metrics and business drivers in the context of the organization's industry and how closely related teams integrate with others to accomplish their objectives and drive efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital solutions
  • Deep understanding of order to cash business processes
  • Extensive experience working on both website and mobile application implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of digital trends
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a history of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mastery in agile development practices including leading ceremonies and mentoring team members
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry and familiarity with HIPPA, Covered Entity, Privacy and Security Requirements
  • Understanding best practices with medical device products through the full lifecycle, including familiarity of the processes for launching a physical medical device
  • Broad supply chain business process knowledge
  • Expertise in Data Analysis, including use of visualization tools, such as Tableau to measure and track progress to KPIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP ECC/S4, Salesforce.com
  • Utilize influencing techniques when interacting with stakeholders
