The Enterprise Digital (ED) organization powers the world's best customer experiences and revenue growth through digital acquisition and experience products and solutions. Enterprise Digital Portfolio and Program (EDPP) is a team within ED responsible for leading multi-year strategic programs that cut across multiple product teams as well as accelerating strategic alignment and planning to elevate transparency and drive business and customer outcomes. As Manager, Digital Product Operations, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of world class, customer-centric digital products and platforms via centralized prioritization and planning processes. You will leverage lean portfolio management to inform strategic planning, investment funding, capacity management, performance reporting, and agile operations. The ideal candidate will foster and sustain productive stakeholder relationships by enhancing transparency, predictability, and alignment during capacity planning and delivery. We are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to effectively manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. The position requires a results-oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence — maintaining professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience working in project, portfolio, product or program management, or operational experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong written, and verbal communication skills, focusing on key messages and actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity and operate with a high degree of independence.
  • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies, program and project management

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of software product development in Enterprise Acquisition Platform & Products (EAPP) is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, Clarity, nVision)

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise impact by enabling effective prioritization and accelerating delivery across 12 Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms (EAPP) delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with EAPP Product, Technology, LPM and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless operational support for key initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver clear stakeholder communications on priorities, progress, and alignment decisions across internal and external partners.
  • Drive process improvements for operational efficiency and effectiveness, accelerating value delivery to the Enterprise and our customers.
