This senior technology leadership role defines platform strategy, governs architecture, and drives delivery and operational excellence across the Digital servicing ecosystem. This role owns the digital banking platform and associated capabilities, including online account opening, digital onboarding, public sites, web, mobile experience (iOS and Android) and digital product support(L3) ensuring these capabilities are scalable, secure and centered on exceptional member outcomes. You will coordinate team and vendor resources, oversee system health and performance, and guide change management processes to deliver stable, secure and high-quality digital experiences. This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, Digital Servicing. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position is for an existing vacancy and provides a remote work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands.
