We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position as a Manager, Digital Performance and Delivery. We offer flexibility in working conditions: you can work from one of our offices located across the country on a hybrid work model or you can work fully remote. What will you do? Reporting to the Vice-president, Digital and Delivery, and working very closely within the agile delivery environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences that support organizational goals while leading and developing a high-performing digital team. This role balances people leadership, hands-on execution, and technical expertise. The successful candidate is equally comfortable setting direction, rolling up their sleeves to deliver, and coaching others to do their best work. This role also requires digital acumen, a pragmatic agile mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into outcomes.
