We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented and results driven Senior Manager of Digital Delivery and Enablement to lead projects and process improvement initiatives across the Digital Portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiative that accelerates digital transformation, enhances the operating model and standardizes and matures Product Management frameworks to ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery. Lead and execute large scale initiatives focused on continuously improving processes that enable and accelerate the digital product development lifecycle. Partner with cross functional teams to develop, maintain, and communicate the Digital Product Roadmap. Collaborate closely with program managers, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with strategic priorities. Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, governance models, and operating standards. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery pipelines; recommend and drive solutions that improve speed, quality, and predictability. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Monitor process performance using metrics and dashboards; synthesize insights and report progress to leadership. Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to digital delivery processes. Maintain strong portfolio data hygiene and governance to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
