The Digital Performance Specialist will support the Digital Marketing and Digital Product teams by turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue, conversion, and fan engagement across web, mobile, apps, paid media, SMS, email, and lifecycle channels. This role partners closely with leaders across Acquisition, Lifecycle, UX/UI, Digital Product, CRM, and Finance to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate data and meaningful analysis. This is not a reporting-only role. The Analytics Specialist is expected to proactively identify opportunities, flag risks, and help teams understand what is happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.
