Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Manager of Digital Merchandising to define and execute the digital merchandising strategy across multiple product categories. This role ensures a best-in-class customer experience that drives commercial performance and reinforces the Tommy Hilfiger brand. The Manager will translate assortment and marketing strategies into compelling online product experiences, using data, customer insights, and brand storytelling to maximize sales, conversion, and engagement. The role owns the end-to-end customer journey across key digital touchpoints, including homepage, navigation, Product Listing Pages (PLPs), Product Detail Pages (PDPs), recommendation modules, and email merchandising. This position also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and advance digital merchandising capabilities, tools, and processes. Additionally, the Manager will lead and develop a team of Digital Merchandisers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments such as Ecommerce, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Content, Creative Studio, Digital Operations, IT, and Analytics.
