About The Position

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. The Manager - Digital Media will oversee daily requests by managing content planning, creation, and publication on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. They will design and implement social media campaigns to highlight events, new programs, and special announcements. This role involves collaboration with freelance social media campaign specialists on special projects and weekly assignments, and uploading event videos to YouTube. Additionally, the manager will create, design, test, and send 1-4 email newsletters weekly using the Emma email marketing platform, crafting engaging copy and subject lines targeting diverse audiences. They will also design email templates and graphics consistent with brand standards, perform A/B testing to enhance email performance, and refresh social media and email templates, signatures, and branding to reflect the newly merged organization. Production of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Emma, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency with social media publishing and monitoring platforms like Brandwatch, Khoros, or Sprout Social.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in digital media or communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
