About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager for the Transactional Sales Division will lead the creative development and execution of organic social campaigns in support of home entertainment priorities. This role is responsible for shaping platform-native storytelling, elevating brand voice, and ensuring campaigns break through culturally while driving engagement and transactional intent. Working closely with creative advertising, publicity, media, and franchise teams, the manager will translate campaign objectives into compelling digital narratives that resonate with audiences across platforms

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, metrics and emerging trends
  • Expertise in organic social media strategy, content development, and monetization models.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Passion for entertainment, WB library, emerging digital trends and driving innovation.
  • Knowledge of project management tools or interest in learning new skillsets

Responsibilities

  • Execute organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and emerging platforms.
  • Create social-first creative concepts aligned to title launches, promotional beats, franchise moments, and catalog initiatives
  • Own organic social content calendars, ensuring cohesive narrative arcs across campaign lifecycles
  • Build and maintain content calendars aligned to release priorities, promotional windows, and catalog moments.
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure assets are optimized for platform-native behaviors and engagement mechanics
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and platform-native opportunities to drive relevance.
  • Ensure paid and organic efforts work cohesively to maximize campaign impact.
