The Digital Marketing Manager for the Transactional Sales Division will serve as the in-house creative lead supporting home entertainment initiatives from concept through launch. This role blends graphic design, content production, and campaign management driving visually compelling, platform-native creative while ensuring seamless execution across social and partner channels. The manager will act as a title lead on select campaigns, overseeing planning, asset development, approvals, and launch to help accelerate transactional performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating social-first creative execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and short-form video editing tools
  • Experience managing campaign timelines and cross-functional workflows
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience managing organic social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, metrics and emerging trends
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Passion for entertainment, WB library, emerging digital trends and driving innovation
  • Knowledge of project management tools or interest in learning new skillsets

Responsibilities

  • Serve as in-house designer supporting campaign launches, evergreen programming, and partner marketing beats.
  • Produce social-first creative assets including static graphics, motion elements, and short-form video edits
  • Contribute to larger tentpole campaigns while independently leading creative for smaller initiatives.
  • Develop fast-turn creative to support reactive, real-time, and trend-driven opportunities.
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand cohesion across platforms and title lifecycles.
  • Execute organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain content calendars aligned to release priorities, promotional windows, and catalog moments.
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and platform-native opportunities to drive relevance.
