About The Position

The Strategic & Editorial Content (SEC) Group is TD Wealth's content centre of excellence, responsible for developing editorial and strategic content that highlights the depth and breadth of TD Wealth expertise and showcases our thought leadership to TD clients and the world. The team is comprised of talented content professionals who bring together their editorial, production, creative, and technical expertise to create industry-leading financial content across digital and broadcast streams. SEC properties include: MoneyTalk "Brought to you by TD," available at www.moneytalkgo.com and distributed across multiple TD ecosystems, MoneyTalk Live, streamed daily through TD WebBroker, and MoneyTalk on BNN Bloomberg, broadcast weekly on CTV properties, as well as live and original programming on multiple radio stations and various social channels each week. We’re looking for a highly collaborative and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about how digital content is built and operated, and enjoys supporting teams through strong processes, tools, and enablement. The Digital Enablement and Delivery Manager plays a strategic role in advancing SEC’s digital publishing ecosystem by designing, delivering, and governing enablement programs that improve adoption, consistency, and effectiveness across platforms. This role is oriented toward proactive capability building. It focuses on reducing publisher friction at scale by establishing standards, tools, training, and repeatable enablement models that support both current operations and future‑state platform evolution. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, Editorial and Control, and external vendors to ensure new tools and enhancements are not only delivered, but well understood, adopted, and embedded into business‑as‑usual workflows across SEC and Wealth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supporting digital platforms, users, or operational stakeholders in a content-driven environment
  • Experience working with analytics and performance tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working in delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience partnering with engineering, development, and IT teams
  • Comfortable working hands-on in CMS tools and supporting publishers day-to-day
  • A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve workflows
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to balance operational needs and proactive improvement initiatives
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including editorial, creative, studio, engineering, IT, and external partners
  • Strong experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress and associated plugins or themes
  • Familiarity with digital content publishing and experience platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Ceros, etc.
  • Exposure to video and studio-related platforms such as Brightcove and Vizrt is an asset
  • Familiarity with domain management and publishing environments is an asset
  • Understanding of scaled-agile workflows is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial services, particularly Wealth Management, is a strong asset
  • Coding or technical background is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of publisher enablement programs, including structured training, onboarding models, and adoption frameworks across SEC digital tools.
  • Proactively identify friction points in publishing workflows and partner with Product and Platform teams to influence solution design, rollout sequencing, and change management approaches.
  • Own enablement strategies for new CMS capabilities and platform enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and consistent usage across editorial teams.
  • Develop and maintain standards, playbooks, governance models, and best‑practice documentation that scale beyond individual publisher support.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between SEC publishers, internal technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs.
  • Support cross‑platform enhancement initiatives by coordinating enablement, communication, and readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of SEC’s digital operating model by embedding enablement thinking into delivery rhythms and transformation initiatives.
