The Manager, Digital Content is responsible for advancing the CAP's digital content and communications ecosystem through website governance, digital channel strategy, podcast strategy and operations, analytics, performance measurement, optimization, and stakeholder consultation. The role ensures CAP's digital communications channels support organizational priorities, strengthen member and customer engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes. This position partners across Communications, Marketing, Membership, Advocacy, Education, Information Services, Publications, staff leaders, volunteer leaders, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into effective digital experiences and integrated communications strategies. The role also serves as a digital innovation resource by monitoring emerging trends, artificial intelligence tools, search behavior, audience expectations, and communications technologies; evaluating practical applications; and educating staff and members on evolving digital practices and opportunities.
