About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Channels & Performance to lead the effective publishing, management, distribution, and performance of our owned digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of content, channels, and performance—ensuring that content is accurately deployed, reaches the right audience across platforms, and continuously improves through insight-led optimization. The successful candidate will combine hands-on execution with performance analysis and channel management and governance, acting as the connective tissue between content creation, publishing, and measurable outcomes. This is not a content creation role. Instead, it is focused on maximizing the impact of content through disciplined distribution and continuous improvement. The emphasis is hands-on and operational—day-to-day publishing, channel maintenance, and optimization—while owning the governance and standards that keep channels consistent.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital channels, or content distribution roles
  • Proven experience managing and publishing across multiple digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital channel dynamics, including web, social, video, and content platforms
  • Experience with web CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and performance reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with teams in the United States, India, and Europe

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management and operations across owned digital channels, including: Website and microsites, Blog, Social platforms, Podcast platforms, YouTube.
  • Execute and support publishing activities as needed, particularly for complex or high-priority updates. Ensure all content is published accurately, on time, and in alignment with established standards. Act as a final quality control checkpoint prior to go-live.
  • Upload, schedule, and publish assets handed off by content teams across the CMS, social platforms, podcast hosts, and YouTube, applying the supplied titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and metadata.
  • Configure platform-specific publishing settings, including categories, playlists, captions and subtitles, visibility, and scheduled release times.
  • Manage channel access and permissions—onboard and offboard users, maintain credentials, and administer account and admin-role settings.
  • Routinely test and maintain link integrity, including internal links, redirects, and tracking parameters (UTMs), and resolve broken or misrouted links promptly.
  • Set up and configure new channels and social presences as directed, including account creation, profile and bio completion, and application of approved brand assets.
  • Maintain live content and channel hygiene—publish updates, corrections, takedowns, and archiving, and keep profiles, pinned posts, and playlists current and organized.
  • Own content distribution across all relevant digital channels. Ensure each asset is effectively deployed with appropriate timing, sequencing, and channel selection.
  • Partner with content and campaign teams to confirm distribution plans and readiness for publishing.
  • Identify and address gaps in channel utilization and content amplification.
  • Track and analyze performance across channels, including: Website traffic and engagement, Blog and content consumption, Social media performance, Video and podcast engagement.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive practical, insight-led improvements such as: Headline and title optimization, CTA placement and effectiveness, Content positioning and internal linking, Posting cadence and timing.
  • Lead structured test-and-learn cycles to continuously improve channel effectiveness.
  • Implement approved optimizations directly in-channel—update titles and metadata, adjust internal links, reschedule or re-sequence posts, and refresh on-page elements.
  • In collaboration with our Marketing Technology and Operations team, develop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reporting.
  • Synthesize data into clear narratives on: What is working, What should change, Where to focus next.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to content, campaign, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for: Channel usage, Publishing standards, Basic tagging and taxonomy consistency.
  • Act as the point of accountability for how digital channels are used across the organization. Ensure consistency and quality across all published content.
  • Work closely with: Content and editorial teams, Campaign and marketing teams, Web publishing and digital experience teams, Marketing technology and operations team.
  • Ensure seamless coordination from content delivery through to distribution and performance feedback.
  • Provide input to improve content effectiveness based on channel and performance insights.
